Alain Clerc is a native of France. He moved to California in 1973. He now lives in Washington state.

His love for bold and subdued colors in a natural or surreal composition began fifty years ago and is still apparent today. His passion for painting comes from a lifelong interest to create images both stimulating and beautiful.
